Join me for the Buttercream & Bloom Cupcake Decorating Tour, an immersive eight-hour class where you’ll master the art of floral cupcake design! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to make my signature crusted vanilla buttercream frosting, perfect for creating beautifully detailed flowers. You’ll also gain the skills to pipe eight stunning floral designs, including cherry blossoms, scabiosa, carnations, hibiscus, daisies, dahlias, camellias, and closed peonies. Plus, I’ll show you how to mix and achieve perfect pastel frosting colors to bring your floral designs to life. At the end of the class, you’ll receive a certificate of completion, a marketing booklet packed with business tips, and all the piping tips used in class to continue practicing at home.
